Designed for Show Unit Type B at Ara Residence, Myra Impian, this layout showcases a refined Japandi design scheme centered around functional minimalism, organic textures, and a calming warm beige and earthy brown color palette. The open living and dining layout pairs an L-shaped cream sofa with dark timber nesting coffee tables, a floating wood TV console, and full-length drapes that frame gentle natural light. Adjacent to the living space, a rich dark wood dining set with matching bench seating and a minimalist linear pendant light seamlessly bridges the gap to a linear kitchen setup with warm wood cabinetry and matte black hardware. The master suite and secondary bedrooms emphasize simplicity and cozy comfort with dark wood laminate flooring, custom floor-to-ceiling wardrobes featuring integrated two-tone paneling, textured linen bedding, and soft ambient bedside lighting.
