Completed in 2022, this multi-storey residence in Kedah showcases a bold blend of modern luxe and dark, moodier contemporary elements. The exterior facade pairs rich warm wood cladding with striking charcoal and clean white architectural framing. Inside, the main living space features floor-to-ceiling bookmatched marble TV feature walls, fluted dark panelling, integrated cove lighting, and double-height sheer drapery.

The open layout transitions into a luxury dining area anchored by a custom display partition, leading into a sleek matte-black dry kitchen with warm under-cabinet LED ambient lighting, integrated wine storage, and slender gold-accented pendant fixtures. The wet kitchen and adjoining laundry area maintain the clean aesthetic with white marble-veined quartz countertops, dark cabinetry, and a skylight-lit drying bay. Upward into the private quarters, the master suite features a headboard wall accented with stone textures and subtle backlighting, custom boutique-style walk-in wardrobe joinery, and a spa-like bathroom finished with dark large-format floor-to-ceiling tiling and a freestanding soaking tub.
