Completed in 2022, this Kedah home blends warm farmhouse charm with modern cottage elements, defined by soft sage green tones, rich natural wood, and woven textures. The open-plan living and dining area features exposed ceiling beams, a classic brass multi-shade chandelier, and woven-back dining chairs set on a pattern-lined rug. A built-in window bench offers cozy seating beside the dining table, while the adjacent living room showcases a white vertical-panel TV wall flanked by warm-lit open shelving and geometric cabinet fronts.

The U-shaped kitchen combines muted sage green lower cabinetry with gold hardware, glossy white subway tile backsplashes, and open timber shelving. An integrated island counter provides built-in storage and casual seating beneath vintage pendant lights. In the bedrooms, wainscoted walls in soft sage green and white create depth, paired with plush tufted beds, light wood accents, and cozy textiles.
