Completed in 2023, this Kedah residence balances a refined modern minimalist palette with warm, welcoming textures. The expansive living space features a soft grey micro-cement feature wall with a floating light-wood console, subtle under-cabinet ambient lighting, and a black upright piano nestled neatly under a sleek glass-paneled staircase with integrated warm strip lights.

A black framed arched sliding glass door separates the dining area from the functional kitchen, featuring a round marble-top dining table with gray upholstered chairs against a textured micro-cement wall. The kitchen pairs natural wood lower cabinetry with clean white overhead units, marble-patterned countertops, and a full-height tile backsplash illuminated by recessed task lighting. In the master suite, soft vertical wall paneling, a plush upholstered headboard with warm LED backlighting, and floor-to-ceiling sheer drapery create a tranquil, hotel-inspired sanctuary complemented by built-in marble-accented storage and a modern vanity nook.
